Mark and Kathy Roberts built their dream home in Grizzly Ranch in 2017. This 3,100 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3 ½ bath is a one-of-kind home designed by Dale Cox Architects in Truckee. The home is nestled into a sloping lot with panoramic views of the local peaks. The house features three fireplaces, large stone work chimneys and foundation walls. The craftsman style architecture with prominent dormer and beam detail stands out above the rest of the homes in the area. The garage is hidden as the driveway approach wraps entirely around to the rear of the home to create a statement from the road.
