Matt & Victoria's house in Clio

One day while at the post office in the cute little hamlet of Clio (near Graeagle), Matt and Victoria noticed a realtor posting a sign on a beautiful sunny corner lot in town and knew that this is where they wanted to settle. They proceeded to design and build a cute craftsman style California bungalow just like Matt’s Great Grandfather used to build. Their son Ted Williams, with a small crew, did all of the construction. They accomplished the look and function of their personalized home without overwhelming the small neighborhood. They moved from Whitehawk Ranch into their new bungalow and they have been there ever since.
