Erne Home

We designed and built this intricate craftsman bungalow for Michael and Susan Erne, which was completed in 2015. They will enjoy using this cabin for many years.

The house sits on a small lot in Whitehawk Ranch Golf Community. The concept was to design a unique yet small one story home on a corner lot, with three bedrooms and three and half bathrooms. We wanted to create the traditional bungalow look but not stray too far from the woodsy ranch mountain home that all the other surrounding houses have, so we used materials and finishes that blend well into the community surroundings.

This little home is just the perfect size, has all of the amenities and does not overwhelm the corner lot it sits on or the surrounding neighborhood. We are proud of this one, more importantly, the Erne’s like it too.
